The results of a brow lamination can last between 6-8 weeks, depending on factors such as your hair type, brow hair’s natural growth cycle, and quality of aftercare.
Aftercare is super important to get the most life out of your laminated brows. For the first 24 hours following the service, avoid getting your brows wet. This means no water, heat, steam, sweating, pools, tanning beds, or direct sunlight. Also avoid makeup, makeup remover, toners, cleansers on or around the brows. And of course, no touching or scrubbing your brows! To maintain your desired shape/fullness, use a spoolie to regularly brush your brows into place.
We recommend scheduling your brow lamination and tint service at least two days before your special event. This will allow time for redness to go down and the color to slightly fade to a more natural finish.
We offer three different types of tint: standard, hybrid, and henna. The standard tint is a good choice for those who simply want their brow hairs tinted a darker color, with results lasting 6-8 weeks. The hybrid tint will tint brow hairs for 6-8 weeks, but also tints the skin for upwards of 1 week. This results in a darker and more defined brow shape for longer. Henna tint is a good choice for someone looking for a natural formula, resulting in a more natural looking color. Henna will tint the hair for 6-8 weeks, and tint the skin for upwards of 1 week. The henna tint cannot be combined with a brow lamination service due to interfering chemicals.
